Western Bay

Neal's home town of Western Bay is the birth place of the renouned Canadian poet E.J. Pratt.

The unexpeced and sudden impact of loss experienced by those who live their lives from the sea is expressed in E.J. Pratt's poem Erosion. Neal depicts a similar loss in his song "Skipper at the Helm."

There is a monument to E.J.Pratt in Western Bay.
